I’m going to try and not ramble and just get going with telling you what I have learnt so far this year and hopefully some of this stuff might help you!
1.) Dont care what others think of you, you’ll only ever find true friends if you can be yourself around them, this isn’t something i’m great at and its hard but i’m working on it!
2.) Stay calm those thoughts are only thoughts, just make sure you breath, again something i’m working on as are a lot of these points
3.) Remember that being queit isn’t who you are and you just need to take more risks and just imagine that you are constantly with your best friend or a family member !
4.) Don’t let your anxiety stop you from doing things, you can do them its just all in your head
5.) Be more confident in yourself and don’t let others get you down
6.) Spend more time with the people who make you happy, and don’t make up an accuse not to meet them cause your scared of your anxiety
7.) Don’t get your hair stuck in a hair brush again cause if it wasn’t for good old nan and her knitting needles you would probably have a Bob right now !!!😂
8.) Never let someone tell you , you are bad at something or you can’t do something cause there probably just jealous
